Projects deals with building Collaborative Filtering and content-based model for recommending courses and training for employees, Implemented Matrix factorization using light FM library in python to recommend set of courses for each employee, Implemented feedback learning features in recommendation Engine, Implemented the impact analysis reports to measure the impact of the recommendation models created.
